After "public request", I made a functioning ttf font from qtFace
I've have made slight changes from the original, alas, the editor I used only support the english alphabet.
To make the font work in most text editors, the font size has to be 7.2pt. Use 10pt in photoshop with anti-alias turned off
release notes: small misses corrected in v1.1, as better letter spacing and some small change for better readability
note: the font isn't visible in the windows font viewer because it has to be 7.2pt, it's some limitation in the font editor

I’m running on Gentoo Linux and am a pioneer user of the spiro support. I don't think there are any other font editors yet that are using spiro, unless you count Raph Levien's primitive plate editor (which requires the use of fontforge to make the actual font, anyway).
